Zbrush, Comics, and V for Vendetta

Lately I have been getting myself into quite a mess with Zbrush. If you are unsure of what it is, you can get a free 30 day trial to use all of its features. However, you must fork out $699 if you want to use it again.

I have been making a ton of models including Bumblebee from Transformers, Lord Voldemort, and a custom model who I have named Doc Steele.

Doc Steele is a robot cowboy who I have decided is going to be a part of a series that I am going to make of more robot cowboys in a steampunk western setting. True, making the models is a ton of fun, but I also decided to make a graphic novel of it. So far, only 2 pages. I’ll get on that.

On a non-artistic note, I have been reading V for Vendetta and just breezed right through Book 1. I must say that I am in love with the story telling, although the art I sometimes find confusing. Either way, I can now see why Alan Moore hates the film, because a lot of important details were left out. Either way, I hope to finish reading it soon and continue on to my twelve other science fiction books I hope to read.

Until then, here is a link to my Picasa where you can see my most recent models and Doc Steele.
